Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Italy. We are committed to preparing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times We ship to the following regions with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days (Free shipping available over the minimum spend threshold indicated at checkout).

  • European Union (EU): 3–6 business days (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, France, Spain, and other EU countries).

  • Non-EU Europe: 4–7 business days (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland).

  • North America: 5–8 business days (United States and Canada).

  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days (United Arab Emirates, Australia, Hong Kong, and other selected countries).

Note: Specific shipping rates are calculated and displayed directly at checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs For orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, UAE, etc.), any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Delivery Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will either make a second attempt or leave the package at a local pickup point.
